This policy explains what Hadidiz Flow ("Hadidiz Flow", "we", "us") collects when you use hadidizflow.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We are a software development agency serving clients internationally.

1. Information you give us directly

We only collect what you choose to send us:

  • Contact form. When you submit the form on our contact page we receive your name, email address, phone number and message. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and emailed to us.
  • Discovery calls. When you book a call we use Calendly, which collects your name, email address and the time you select. Calendly processes this under its own privacy policy.
  • Email. Anything you send to our published address reaches our mailbox directly.

We use this information to reply to you, scope and deliver work, and keep records of our engagements. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use third-party analytics to understand how the site is used. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

  • Google Analytics 4 — aggregated traffic data: pages viewed, approximate location (country or city level), device and browser type, and referring site. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before we see anything.
  • Hotjar — anonymised interaction data such as scroll depth, clicks and page journeys, used to find usability problems. Hotjar is configured to suppress keystrokes entered into form fields.

Neither tool is used to identify you personally, and we do not combine analytics data with the details you submit through our forms.

3. Hosting and infrastructure

This site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and operational purposes. Blog and project content is stored in a private Git repository hosted on GitHub.

4. Cookies and how to refuse them

The cookies on this site come from the analytics providers listed above. None are required for the site to work. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, use your browser's "Do Not Track" or global privacy control signal, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking them will not affect your ability to browse the site or contact us.

5. How long we keep things

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to paid work are kept for as long as we need them for contractual, accounting and tax purposes. Analytics data expires on the providers' own schedules, typically 14 months or less.

6. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights arise under the GDPR; if you are in California, under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information as those laws define it.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made silently.
