From idea to a SaaS product people pay for
Hadidiz Flow builds SaaS products and MVPs end to end: the web app, the backend, payments, the admin side and the AI features that make the product worth paying for. We have taken a spreadsheet problem to a working SaaS for Signelle, a third-party API to an investor-ready product for Holmz, and an idea to a deployed multi-tenant MVP in under a month for Celestix.

SaaS Development services
MVPs that are ready for real users
A focused first version with authentication, onboarding, the core workflow and analytics, built so it can grow instead of being thrown away after the first round of feedback.
AI-powered SaaS features
Turn your users’ data into answers: decision briefs, reports, summaries and assistants built on OpenAI, Claude or Gemini, inside your product.
Payments and subscriptions
Stripe checkout and subscriptions on the web, store subscriptions on mobile, with webhooks, receipts and access rules wired in properly.
Dashboards and admin panels
The internal side that founders forget until launch week: admin dashboards, content management, user management and reporting.
Integrations and APIs
Google Drive and Gmail, Twilio, Resend and third-party data APIs, with keys kept server-side and slow calls handled asynchronously.
Multi-tenant security
Tenant isolation, row-level security in Postgres and Supabase, and access control from the first commit, so onboarding customer number two is not a rewrite.

What we mean by SaaS and MVP development
A SaaS product is software your customers use in the browser and pay for on a subscription or per use. An MVP (minimum viable product) is the smallest version that solves the core problem well enough that people will use it and pay for it. Building one well means making two kinds of decisions early: what to leave out of version one, and which foundations (authentication, payments, data model, security) to get right from the start, so version two is not a rewrite.
When to bring us in
- You have validated a problem and need a product in front of users or investors soon.
- You have a no-code prototype that has outgrown its tools.
- You run a business with a manual process that could become a product.
- You want an AI feature to be the reason customers pay, not a gimmick.
What a typical build includes
- Authentication, roles and team accounts.
- The core workflow, designed and built first.
- Payments, subscriptions and the access rules behind them.
- An admin dashboard for your team.
- Transactional email, file storage and the integrations the workflow needs.
- Deployment, a custom domain, monitoring and handover documentation.
From first call to launch
Scope call
30 minutes on who the product is for, the one workflow it must nail, and what launch means for you.
Written scope and estimate
Features for version one, what waits for version two, the stack we recommend and why, milestones and cost.
Design and core workflow first
We build the workflow your users pay for before anything else, so you can show it to customers and investors early.
Build in milestones
Auth, payments, admin and integrations added milestone by milestone, with a working demo at each step.
Launch and iterate
Production deployment, domains, email and monitoring, then support through the first rounds of real-user feedback.
Questions we get asked
How long does it take to build a SaaS MVP?
A focused MVP usually takes weeks, not months. Celestix’s multi-tenant RAG SaaS went from concept to a deployed MVP in under a month, and a cross-platform app with subscriptions and an admin dashboard was planned for 30 days. After a scope call you get a timeline and cost in writing.
Which tech stack do you use for SaaS products?
We pick per product. Signelle runs on React, TypeScript, Express, PostgreSQL and the Claude API; GLDS on React 19, Firebase and Gemini; Holmz on Lovable and Supabase with Stripe, which let it reach investors quickly. We recommend the stack that fits your team, budget and the next 12 months of the roadmap.
Can you build with low-code tools to move faster?
Yes, when it fits. Holmz was built on Lovable and Supabase, with Supabase edge functions doing the work that must stay secure: payments, the partner API and report generation. When a product needs more control, we build it fully in code.
Do you handle payments and subscriptions?
Yes. Holmz sells one-off reports through Stripe checkout, and our mobile products use App Store and Google Play subscriptions. Webhooks, access rules and receipts are part of the build.
Can you add AI to the SaaS product we already have?
Yes. That is often the fastest win: one AI feature built on the data your users already have, such as a summary, a brief or an assistant. See our AI development services for how we approach it.
