These terms govern your use of hadidizflow.com and any enquiry you send us through it. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement; where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.
Hadidiz Flow is a software development agency building AI systems, SaaS platforms and cross-platform mobile applications for clients internationally. You can reach us at [email protected].
You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to access systems you have not been granted access to, or republish our written content as your own.
Case studies, blog posts and service descriptions are provided for information. Nothing on this site forms a binding quote or a commitment to deliver. Every engagement begins with a scoping call and a written proposal that states the scope, the price and the timeline.
Case studies describe work we actually delivered. Where a client has not agreed to be named, we describe the project by sector and technical scope only. Timelines and outcomes reflect that specific engagement and are not a guarantee of the result you will get.
We scope each project individually. Price and scope are fixed in writing before development starts, and we do not raise the price for work already agreed. Changes you request after that point are quoted separately before we act on them. Payment terms, milestones and any deposit are set out in the project agreement.
On final payment, ownership of the source code, credentials, API keys and documentation we produce for your project transfers to you. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as embedded in your delivered system. We do not impose vendor lock-in and we do not withhold access to your infrastructure.
Systems we build commonly rely on third-party providers such as model APIs, cloud hosting and payment processors. Those providers set their own pricing, rate limits, availability and terms, which can change. We will tell you which dependencies your system carries, but we are not responsible for a third party changing or withdrawing its service.
We warrant that we will perform our work with reasonable skill and care, and we fix defects in delivered work that are reported within the warranty period stated in your agreement. Beyond that, this website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
We link to external sites, including our verified profile on Freelancer.com. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and changes apply from the date they are published.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Individual client agreements may specify a different governing law and forum, and where they do, that choice prevails for that engagement.
